In which areas can pintec be used?

Pintec is used in measurement technology, assembly, laser and needle marking, as well as automation technology.

Is it allowed to get the pintec flexform module dirty?

The pintec flexform module must generally be kept free of dirt. The pins of the pintec flexform module are individually spring-loaded and must be kept clean so that they remain freely movable.

May the pins of the flexform module be oiled?

No! Spraying the pins with oil is strongly discouraged. If, in rare cases, there are problems with the mobility of individual pins, please send the flexform module to us for repair.

Is the pintec system compatible with the pintec mini system?

Yes! All pintec modules are compatible because the same connecting pin is present on both systems.

With what weight may the pintec flexform module be loaded?

A single pintec flexform module can be loaded with up to 80 kg if the weight is applied to all pins.
More detailed explanation of the process: The workpiece with 80 kg is placed on all pins and held. The pins adapt to the contour of the workpiece. The wing screw is tightened and thus the contour of the pins is fixed. Now the workpiece can be released as far as it is in a stable position.

With what weight may the pintec flexform module mini be loaded?

A single pintec flexforming module mini can be loaded with up to 30 kg if the weight is applied to all pins.
More detailed explanation of the process: The workpiece with 30 kg is placed on all pins and held. The pins adapt to the contour of the workpiece. The wing screw is tightened and thus the contour of the pins is fixed. Now the workpiece can be released as far as it is in a stable position.

With what maximum force may the wing screws of the flexform module (Art.No.010.010) be tightened?

The wing screws of the flexform module (Art.No.010.010) may be tightened with a maximum of 4 NM.

What material are the pins of the flexform module made of?

The pins of the flexform module are made of stainless steel.

Where is pintec manufactured?

Pintec is "Made in Germany" and is manufactured and assembled by ourselves in Aspach (40 km northeast of Stuttgart).

Since when has pintec been around?
